Rocky Shore

The Rocky Shore is a Intertidal habitat where you can go and see different types of species and much more that you can find all over New Zealand, and in other countries. A Supratidal zone is a part around the ocean and it is called cause Supratidal means a zone that is placed directly above the high tide mark. Did you know that the Supratidal zone is only coverd when rainy storms coming over and king tides. Some other times it can also get really moistened by the spray of breaking waves. A high tide zone is also one part from the ocean but different to the other zones. This region is only flooded during high tides. Organisims that you can find all around New Zealand, are anemones, barnecles, chitons, crabs, ispods, mussels, sea star, and sea snail’s. Subtidal zone is a part around the ocean where you can find many things and discover more things around the world. Subtidal is apart of a zone that is placed directly below the intertidal zone. It sit’s beneath te low tide mark. It is continuosly are permanently covered in water. This zone is much more stable then the intertidal zone and temperature and pressure remains more constant. This is what happens around the subtidal zone. The Rocky is a place where you can find different species from all around they and it is also a intertidal habitat. The Rocky shore has many different zones including, Subtidal zone, Intertidal zone, Splash zone, Supratidal zone. The Rocky shore is a place where you get to see heeps of things like, Kina, Mussel, Crabs, Sea turtles, and much more amzing thing that you would be able to see all around the Rocky shore.
